How do I enable my Policy Review Upload form?

Answer / Solution

To enable your Policy Review form:

Go to the Form Configuration Editor.
Scroll down to your MISC forms and expand it.
Enable Policy Review Request.

If you have your default navigation enabled, you can then go back to your website, refresh the page, and see your Policy Review form on your live site. You will see it on your Customer Service menu option under Other.

The custom navigation menu can be edited using these instructions:
