What are the IMAP settings for the Insurance Website Builder product?

Answer / Solution

This article can be used for all email accounts on our Upgraded Email Hosting System. You will see a notification when you sign in.

You can access your Insurance Website Builder e-mail from all e-mail clients that support IMAP. Please consult your product documentation for instructions on how to setup your email with the following settings.

Incoming Mail Server
secure.emailsrvr.com

Outgoing Mail Server
secure.emailsrvr.com

Account User Name
Your e-mail address will be your user name and domain name as created in the Administration Console. Example : john@freedemowebsite.com

Account Password
E-mail password as created using the Administration Console in the the Password text box.

Outgoing Server Requires Authorization
True, Use the same settings as your incoming mail server

The following settings are optional. They also allow you to send email if your ISP is blocking the standard ports.

SMTP Ports Port

Secure SSL Port (Recommended) 465

Basic Port 25

Alternate Basic Port 366

IMAP Ports Port

Secure SSL Port (Recommended) 993

Basic Port 143
