How do I configure my Insurance Websites Builder e-mail with Windows Mail? |

- Open Windows Mail
- Click Tools on the toolbar
- Click Accounts...
- Click the Add button
- Click E-Mail Account
- Click Next
- Type in your name into the Display name: text box
- Click the Next > button
- Type in your e-mail address in the E-Mail address text box
Your e-mail address will be your user name and domain name as created in the Administration Console. Example : john@freedemowebsite.com
- Click the Next > button
- Select the POP3 option in the Incoming Mail Server Type drop down
- Type in secure.emailsrvr.com into the Incoming mail server text box
- Type in secure.emailsrvr.com into the Outgoing mail server text box
- Click the Next > button
- Re-type your e-mail address in the Account name text box
- Type in your e-mail password as created using the Administration Console in the the Password text box
- Click the Next > button
- Check the Do not download my mail at this time check box
- Click the Finish button
- Highlight the newly created account.
- Click the Properties button
- Click the Servers tab
- Check the box stating My Server Requires Authentication
- Click the Settings... button
- Click the Use same settings as my incoming mail server radio button
- Click the OK button
- Click the Advanced tab
- Under the Server Port Numbers section...
- Type 465 into the Outgoing Mail (SMTP): text box
- Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under the Outgoing mail (SMTP) section.
- Type 995 into the Incoming Mail (POP3): text box
- Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under the Incoming mail (POP3) section.
- Click the OK button
- Click the Close button
