How do I configure my Insurance Websites Builder e-mail with Windows Mail?

Answer / Solution
  1. Open Windows Mail
  2. Click Tools on the toolbar
  3. Click Accounts...
  4. Click the Add button
  5. Click E-Mail Account
  6. Click Next
  7. Type in your name into the Display name: text box
  8. Click the Next > button
  9. Type in your e-mail address in the E-Mail address text box
    Your e-mail address will be your user name and domain name as created in the Administration Console. Example : john@freedemowebsite.com
  10. Click the Next > button
  11. Select the POP3 option in the Incoming Mail Server Type drop down
  12. Type in secure.emailsrvr.com into the Incoming mail server text box
  13. Type in secure.emailsrvr.com into the Outgoing mail server text box
  14. Click the Next > button
  15. Re-type your e-mail address in the Account name text box
  16. Type in your e-mail password as created using the Administration Console in the the Password text box
  17. Click the Next > button
  18. Check the Do not download my mail at this time check box
  19. Click the Finish button
  20. Highlight the newly created account.
  21. Click the Properties button
  22. Click the Servers tab
  23. Check the box stating My Server Requires Authentication
  24. Click the Settings... button
  25. Click the Use same settings as my incoming mail server radio button
  26. Click the OK button
  27. Click the Advanced tab
  28. Under the Server Port Numbers section...
  29. Type 465 into the Outgoing Mail (SMTP): text box
  30. Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under the Outgoing mail (SMTP) section.
  31. Type 995 into the Incoming Mail (POP3): text box
  32. Check the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) under the Incoming mail (POP3) section.
  33. Click the OK button
  34. Click the Close button
