1. Take a screen shot of the video including the video toolbar and save it to your computer
2. Login to your AgencyBuzz account
3. Select Create New > Mailing > Email Based
4. Select the Image Manager icon from the toolbar in your new mailing window (it looks like a mountain with a sun behind it)
5. Select Upload with a green plus sign icon from the Image Manager and click select from the menu that pops up
6. Find where you saved your image and double click on it and then press Upload
7. Edit the image within the Image Editor to fit inside your email.
8. Once your image is the right size to insert into your email, choose the image from the image library  and insert into your email body
9. Once the image is inserted, click the image to select it and then click the Insert Hyperlink icon (it looks like Earth with a plus sign and "link")
10. Copy and paste the video link into the URL field within the insert link window
11. In the Target drop down, choose New Window.
12. Click OK.
13. Once you've returned to the Email Based Mailing window, select Save.

** If your newly linked image has a blue box around it, right click on the image and choose properties. Then type a 0 (zero) into the border field.
