We can link with the management system as long as they provide a customer portal. The management system is providing a self-service portal for customers to be able to print policy information, id cards, etc.

If your management system provides a url:

1.       Login to the IWB Administrative Console

2.       Go to Account Information

3.       Look for Web-Based Agency Management System Customer Portal URL.

4.       Type in the URL provided to you by the management system.

5.       Click Update Account Linking Settings

6.       On your web page a link on the menu will appear called “Online Account Access”.

This feature currently only works with the Agency Matrix Agency Management System.
