For the Owner account follow these instructions to change the password:

1. Log into the IWB Admin console.

2. Go to Account Settings menu and choose Setup Console Users and Passwords.

3. Find  the owner account.

4. Click the Magnifying Glass icon next to the password field.

5. In the User's Full Name field remove owner and type in a new name.  (This name doesn't matter as it will revert back to Owner when you save the new password.)

6. In the Password field type in a new password. 

A valid password must be 8 characters or longer and contain at least one of the following:

1. One upper case character (A-Z).
2. One lower case character (a-z).
3. One number (0-9).
4. One special character (i.e. !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), |, \, ?, ...).

7. Hit the Add/Update Account button.

8. Password has now been saved on the owner account.

For User Account follow these instructions to change the password:

1. Log into the IWB Admin console.

2. Go to Account Settings menu and choose Setup Console Users and Passwords.

3. Find the account that you want to change the password on.

4. Click the Magnifying Glass icon next to the password field.

5. In the Password field type in a new password. 

A valid password must be 8 characters or longer and contain at least one of the following:

1. One upper case character (A-Z).
2. One lower case character (a-z).
3. One number (0-9).
4. One special character (i.e. !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), |, \, ?, ...).

6. Hit the Add/Update Account button.

7. Password has now been saved.
