| How do I view a policy's notes? |

- Login to AgencyBuzz.
- Click on the Policies section from the left hand navigation column.
- Choose the policy you would like to review from the main policy list and double-click to open their policy record. Note: You can also search for the policy by typing in the named insured into the search box.
- Select the Notes button in the Show section of the policy record's top toolbar.
- The notes for the policy record are listed with the most recent note at the top.
- Search for specific notes by typing directly into the search box.
- Select the Policy button to toggle back to main policy screen.
- Select Add Note to create a new note for this policy.
