How do I upload a document to my Dcoument Library?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to the IWB Administration Console
  2. Go to Document Library section
  3. Type the friendly title of the document into the Name of Document textbox.
    Example : Statement of Loss
  4. Optionally, type the description of the file of to further assist your customers.
  5. Click the Browse... button.
  6. Locate the file on your local machine that you would like to upload.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. Click the Upload Document button.
