Question / Issue
How do I create a Watch or Alert for my AgencyBuzz Social module?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Select the Social section from the left hand navigation menu.
  3. Select the Watches & Alerts.
  4. Click the yellow triangular Add Watch icon from the top toolbar. A social watch window will appear.
  5. Select a specific social media platform or platforms for the watch from the Network dropdown menu options:
    1. All Facebook Networks - will monitor all connected Facebook accounts.
    2. Select Facebook Network - will monitor a single connected Facebook account.
    3. All Twitter Networks - will monitor all connected Twitter accounts.
    4. Select Twitter Network - will monitor a single connected Twitter account.
  6. Fill out the remaining social watch settings based on the Network you selected.
  7. Under Send Alert To, select an AgencyBuzz user to send alert notifications to. Note: If a desired user is not available in the dropdown menu, you will need to create a new AgencyBuzz user in your AgencyBuzz account settings.
  8. If you would like an automatic reply to the action you received an Alert for, type it in the Post Reply dialogue box.
  9. Click Save to save your Alert or Watch or click Save & Close to save the item and return to the Social module.
