How do I select and display customer status in AgencyBuzz?

Answer / Solution

From the home screen click the Account Settings button on the Advanced section of the top tool bar. When the window opens, click the Statuses button on the Show section of the tool bar. For each customer status that you want to enable select Show from the dropdown box next to each status. Click the Save button when finished.
