How do I create new custom Code Snippet fields in AgencyBuzz? |

- From the home screen click the Account Settings button on the Tools section of the top tool bar.
- When the window opens, click the Custom Fields button on the Show section of the tool bar.
- To create a custom field
- Click the plus sign next to Add New Record
- Type the code for the custom field in the variable name field. The code should include letters, characters, underscores, and dashes only. No spaces are allowed.
- Use the Design or HTML editor to create the information that will replace your code snippet once an email is sent out from AgencyBuzz.
- When you are finished, click checkmark to save the code.
- To add the custom field to a mailing
- Create/Modify a mailing.
- Type the custom field's variable name exactly as it appears in the custom field record of your AgencyBuzz account settings. You can also select your custom field name from the code snippet dropdown menu option.
- Save or Save & Close your mailing.
- When the mailing is sent, the custom field will be replaced by the specified information.
- Click the X icon next to a custom field to delete the custom field.
- Click the pencil icon to edit a previously created custom field.
