Insurance Website Builder (IWB) does not have the capability to directly copy or transfer the contents of an e-mail box hosted by another provider into an Insurance Website Builder E-mail Box. The only exception to this is if the other provider's e-mail service is:

 1) provided through Rackspace (who IWB also uses) and

 2) is a POP or IMAP box (IWB does not support Exchange or other hosted email services besides IMAP/POP).

If your prior e-mail provider has confirmed they are hosting through Rackspace and are an POP/IMAP service, please contact our Technical Support department at 1-800-383-3482 and they will review the options and processes available for transferring your email content.

 Alternatively, there are 3rd party e-mail applications and backup services that can copy and potentially transfer e-mail. However, ITC does not recommend any or endorse any particular 3rd party products and cannot provide referrals to 3rd party providers.
