How do I add a FAQ to my Frequently Asked Questions section?

Answer / Solution

Login to the IWB Administration Console Go to Frequently Asked Questions section In the Question text box type in the question which you want to add. In the Answer text box type in the answer to the question provided in item #3 above. Click the Add Frequently Asked Question button.
