My website works from everywhere but at our office. What could be wrong? |

Scenario #1 - Local DNS Server This problem might be caused by you having a local server setup that hosts internal DNS. This could be the case if you have Microsoft Small Business Server or Exchange Server locally. If this is the case, have your local IT staff update your server's DNS Server to reflect the proper settings.
Scenario #2 - Cached DNS Record If you do not have a local server, your DNS record might be cached. Changes to DNS records often take anywhere between four and seventy-two hours to propagate. Try again after this period has expired and your site should be working.
