| How do I enable or disable the referral form on my website? |

- Login to the Insurance Website Builder Administration Console
- Click the Account Information link.
- Scroll to the Miscellaneous Settings section.
- To enable the Referral Form, place a checkmark in the Enable Referral Form check box.
- To disable the Referral Form, uncheck the checkmark in the Enable Referral Form check box.
- Click the Update Miscellaneous Settings button when finished.
