| How do I create an custom form field? |

- From the Field tab of the Form Builder, click the Add Custom Form Field button.
- Type the name of the field into the Field Name - English textbox.
- Tab to the Field Name - Spanish textbox and the site will automatically translate the field name to Spanish. Should the translation be incorrect you can correct it as needed.
- Select the Field Type. The following options are available:
- Click the Required Field check box to require the field.
- Modify the Required Warning text as required. This will be displayed to the user should the field be required.
- More settings might be required based upon field type. View the FAQ article for detailed instructions for each field type.
- Click the Save New Field button when finsihed. You can also click the Cancel button to abandon your changes.
- Your new field is automatically added to your selected field list.
