| How do I modify a form built with Form Builder? |
| Answer / Solution |

- Login to the Insurance Website Builder Administration Console
- Click the Modify Forms Configuration link
- Expand the Line of Business for which the form is located.
- Click the Modify Custom Form link on the form you want to update.
- Modify as needed.
- Click the Save Form button when finsihed. You can also click the Cancel button to abandon your changes.
