Question / Issue
How do I update a user's account information and password?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to the IWB Administration Console
  2. Go to Setup Login Users and Passwords section.
  3. Scroll down to the Current Security Users section.
  4. Click the  icon for the account you would like to update.
  5. Update the account as required.
  6. Click the Add/Update Account button.
