| Why does my website work at www.mysitename.com and not mysitename.com? |

Your DNS settings are missing the @ A Record. To the internet mysitename.com and www. mysitename.com are two different records and must both be setup. To properly point your domain name to the Insurance Website Builder product you must input the following records.
