Question / Issue
How do I import an existing mailing list?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to the Insurance Website Builder Administration Console.
  2. Click the Mailing List link.
  3. Scroll to the View Mailing List section.
  4. Click the Import Mailing List link.
  5. Select the mailing list you want to import to form the Select Mailing List to Import To drop down list.
  6. Fill the Mailing List Import text box with your list.
  7. Click the Import Mailing List button.

Mailing List Import Format
You have multiple options for the import format.  You can import either either the recipients Name and E-Mail Address, or just their address.

Sample Format #1 - For Inputting both Name and E-Mail Address
This is a comma delimited list.

John Doe,john@home.com
Jane Smith,jsmith@yahoo.com
Joe Johnson,jj@email.com

Sample Format #2 - For Inputting just E-Mail Address

john@home.com
jsmith@yahoo.com
jj@email.com

Each mailing list is limited to 2,500 members with a total of 5,000 allowable members across all lists.
