How do I retrieve a newsletter that auto saved?

Answer / Solution

The Newsletter console will automatically save your work every ten minutes.  Follow the instructions below to retrieve the auto-saved work.

  1. Login to the Insurance Website Builder Administration Console.
  2. Click the Newsletters link.
  3. To retrieve your autosaved newsletter
  4. Click the Template Manager toolbar item.
  5. Double click on the My Newsletters folder
  6. Select the item listed as Autosave.htm.
  7. Click the Insert button.
