Question / Issue
How do I configure the website to send me an alert to my cell phone or pager when a form is submitted?

Answer / Solution

The following steps will step you through setting up a cell phone or pager instant alert.  This is an effective way to recieve Accident Claim or Quote requests any time of the day.

  1. Login to the Insurance Website Builder Administration Console
  2. Click the Modify Forms Configuration link
  3. Expand the line of business for which you want to configure the form action.
  4. Select the Modify Module Settings link for the form you want to modify.
  5. On the displayed pop-up, check the Notify via Cell Phone/Pager checkbox.
  6. Type in your pager or cell phone number into the text box.
  7. Select the carrier that you use from the dropdown box.
  8. Click the Ok button to save.
