How do I create a contact in AgencyBuzz? |

- Login to AgencyBuzz.
- Click the Contact button in the Create New section of the toolbar.
- In the new contact window type the contact's required information. This includes First Name, Last Name, and E-Mail Address.
- Additional information such as the contact’s phone number, mailing address, birthday, anniversary, and referral source can be inputted as well.
- You can provide the contact’s primary agency contact. When selected the agent’s location is preselected in the Office Location drop down. You can override this preselected location if desired.
- You can set the contact’s Product Interests by choosing from None, Prospect, Customer, and Lost for each line of business that the customer has an interest in.
- Once finished, click the Save button in Actions section of the toolbar. Alternatively you can click the Save & Close button to return to the main screen.
