Question / Issue
How do I create a contact in AgencyBuzz?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Click the Contact button in the Create New section of the toolbar.
  3. In the new contact window type the contact's required information. This includes First Name, Last Name, and E-Mail Address.
  4. Additional information such as the contact’s phone number, mailing address, birthday, anniversary, and referral source can be inputted as well.
  5. You can provide the contact’s primary agency contact.  When selected the agent’s location is preselected in the Office Location drop down.  You can override this preselected location if desired.
  6. You can set the contact’s Product Interests by choosing from None, Prospect, Customer, and Lost for each line of business that the customer has an interest in.
  7. Once finished, click the Save button in Actions section of the toolbar.  Alternatively you can click the Save & Close button to return to the main screen.
