Question / Issue
How do I edit an existing Distribution List?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Click the Distribution List item in the left hand navigation column.  A list of distribution lists will be displayed.
    You can search for distribution lists by typing the lists name in the search box.
  3. Once you locate the list that you would like to edit, double-click on the list to open.
  4. To Add members to the list, click the Add button in Member section of the toolbar - 
  5. To Remove members, select the contact you would like to Remove and click Remove in the member section of the toolbar.
  6. Note: Clicking delete will delete the entire distribution list - not just a contact.
  7. Select the contacts that you would like to add to the distribution list.
  8. When finished, click the Add Member(s) button
  9. Once finished, click the Save button in Actions section of the toolbar. Alternatively you can click the Save & Close button to return to the main screen.
