Question / Issue
How do I create a new SMS Text Message based mailing?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Click on the Mailing button in the Create New section of the toolbar.
  3. Select SMS Text Message Based Mailing from the drop down menu.
    • If you do not have any texting credits in your account you will get an alert saying your account balance is empty. To add texting credits you will  need to adjust your billing settings.
  4. The new mailing window is shown.
  5. Type in the name of mailing into the Name box. This will be used to reference the mailing in the system.
  6. Type in the text message you would like to send.  This cannot be longer than 160 characters.  No HTML is allowed.
  7. Once finished, click the Save button in Actions section of the toolbar. Alternatively you can click the Save & Close button to return to the main screen.
