Question / Issue
How do I create a Recurring Mailing or Drip Process to contacts on a specific day each year?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Click on the Event button in the Create New section of the toolbar. Select Business Rule event from the drop down menu.
  3. Give the event a name in the Event Name, this will be used to reference this event within the system.
  4. Select the Business Rule Event - On Select Date
  5. Select Enabled from the Event Status drop down. If you would like to save this item as a Draft you can select Disabled from the drop down.
  6. Drag mailing items from the right hand box of availabe mailings to the left hand box. Also, you can click the left single arrow to add one highlighted mailing at a time.
  7. If you want to create a single mailing event skip to step 10.
  8. If you want to create a drip process you can add a delay between mailings by selecting a time delay from the timer drop down box and clicking Add Time.
    • You can create "custom" times by adding multiple timing events together.
  9. Continue to drag and drop mailings and delay timers to meet the needs of your event.
    •  You can even mix and match mailing types such as E-Mail, Print & Mail, SMS Text Messages, and Reminders. By including these interoffice reminders you can create a marketing workflow in your agency that will get your agents involved with the marketing process.
  10. In the Settings section select the Date you would like to execute this event.  This event differs from the One - Time Mailing as it will be fired yearly on this date on a recurring basis.
  11. Once finished, click the Save button in Actions section of the toolbar. Alternatively you can click the Save & Close button to return to the main screen.
