How do I add a partner or trusted professional to my website?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to the IWB Administration Console
  2. Go to Partners & Local Resources section.
  3. Select the partner action. The options for the partner actions are:
    • Full Contact Detail & Lead Form  w/ Redirect to Partner  - Will display full contact details and a lead submission form. The system will redirect the user to the partner's website after form submission. Both parties will recieve a lead submission.
    • Full Contact Detail & Lead Form w/ Redirect to Confirmation Page - Will display full contact details and a lead submission form. The system will redirect the user to your website's confirmation page after form submission. Both parties will recieve a lead submission.
    • Full Contact Detail & No Lead Form - Will display full contact details for the partner only.
    • No Contact Detail & Lead Form w/ Redirect to Partner - Will not display contact details requiring the use of the lead submission form. The system will redirect the user to the partner's website after form submission. Both parties will recieve a lead submission.
    • No Contact Detail & Lead Form w/ Redirect to Confirmation Page - Will not display contact details requiring the use of the lead submission form. The system will redirect the user to your website's confirmation page after form submission. Both parties will recieve a lead submission.
  4. Select the partner category type.
  5. Select or type the partner category.
  6. Type in the name of the partner into the Partner Company Name text box.
  7. Type in the name of the partner's primary contact into the Contact Name text box.
  8. Type in the e-mail of the partner into the E-Mail Address text box.
    Note: This field is never made public.
  9. Type in the URL of the partner's websote into the Web Address text box.
  10. Type in a brief summary about the partner into the summary box.  This will be used for SEO and display card purposes.
  11. Type in the full detaiils about the partner into the Partner Details & Information HTML editor.
  12. Upload an image for the partner. This can include logo, headshot or location picture.
  13. Type in the street address of the location into the Street and Suite # text boxes.
  14. Type in the city of the location into the City text box.
  15. Select the state of the location into the State drop down box.
  16. Type in the ZIP code of the location into the ZIP Code text box.
  17. Type in the phone number of the location into the Phone Number text box.
  18. Type in the partner's Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn social media profiles where appropriate.
  19. Click the Add Partner button.
