Question / Issue
How do I add a external website or company link to my Important Links section?

Answer / Solution

Accessing the Web Links Console

  1. Login to the IWB Administration Console
  2. Go to Web Links section

Adding Predefined Links to your Website

  1. Select the predefined company link from the drop down list.
To Select Multiple Companies at One, Use CTRL+Click on each item.
  2. By default the Insert Company Image (if available) is checked.  This will automatically add an image if one is on file.  If you do not want to add an image, uncheck this box.
  3. Click Add Predefined Link to My Website button.

Adding Custom Links to your Website

  1. Under the Custom Links section,
  2. Type in the title of the link that you want to add to the Link Title text box.
  3. Type in the URL (or address of the link) that you want to add to the Link URL text box.
  4. Optionally, in the Link Description text box, type in the description that further describes the link.
  5. Optionally, in the Link Image drop down box, select an image to include with the link.  To add a custom URL image, select Custom URL Image.
  6. If you selected Custom URL Image in step 5, type in a address URL to an image to include with the link into the Link Image URL text box.
  7. Click Add Custom Link to My Website button.
