BuzzScore is a value that gives an indication of a contact's interest level with your agency. The BuzzScore takes many factors into account when getting calculated.  This includes scores based upon certain actions such as opening an email, clicking a link, elapsed time since action and number of actions within the sample period.

The BuzzScore can act as a lead heat that allows you to determine which contacts are gaining interest in you and your products. Included in the result is the trending direction. This allows you to see the predicted motion of the BuzzScore over the next 30 days.
