Question / Issue
How do I change my sending preferences and email settings in AgencyBuzz?

Answer / Solution
  1. From the home screen click the Account Settings button on the Advanced section of the top tool bar.
  2. When the window opens, click the Email Settings button on the Show section of the tool bar.
  3. The E-Mail Can Be Sent section allows you to customize when E-Mails are sent from your account. Note: If an Event is scheduled or triggered during a deselected day or time, the event will send on the next enabled day and time. For example. if a 4th of July Event is scheduled to send on the holiday but Federal Holidays are unchecked, the Event will send on July 5th.
    1. On the Following Days - Place a checkmark next to each day you want AgencyBuzz to send emails.
    2. Using Best Time Predictive Sending - AgencyBuzz will send emails to each contact based on the historical average time of day the recipient opens outbound emails.
    3. Between the Following Hours - Limit the time of day to send emails by selecting a start and end time.
    4. Using Best Time Predictive Sending Between the Following Hours - AgencyBuzz will send emails using Predictive Sending during a specified time period of the day.
  4. The Advanced Settings section allows you to customize your Email Based Mailings
    1. Embed Images - Check the box next to Embed Images to allow AgencyBuzz to attach e-mail images to the mailing. Allowing embedded images can increase deliverability, but may cause issues in tracking open rates for your mailings.
    2. Default Template - Select an email design template from the dropdown menu next to Default Template for all email based mailings. This will ensure the design is automatically applied when you create a new mailing. Leave the selection as No Default Template if you wish to start each new email based mailing without a design template.
    3. Email Footer - Add an additional message to the post-footer of your email based mailings, such as company history, license information, or additional instructions for the recipient.
  5. Once completed click the Save button to save your settings.
