Question / Issue
How do I create or modify a Policy Carrier in AgencyBuzz?

Answer / Solution
  1. From the home screen click the Account Settings button on the Tools section of the top tool bar.
  2. When the window opens, click the Carriers button on the Show section of the tool bar.
  3. Fill out the appropriate information about the carrier in the fields provided.
    1. Carrier Name, Address, and City are required to save the carrier.
    2. Other fields like Service Phone, Service Email, Claims Email, NAIC Code, Web URL, Consumer URL, and Agent URL can be used for Code Snippets within mailings to personalize the message for each carrier.
  4. Click Add when finished.
  5. To modify an existing carrier, select the carrier name from the Select Carrier list, make your changes, and click Update when finished.
  6. To permanently delete a carrier, select the carrier name from the Select Carrier list and click Delete.
