Question / Issue
How do I attach a file to an Email Based Mailing?

Answer / Solution
  1. Login to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Create a new Email Based Mailing or Edit an existing Email Based Mailing to open the mailing editor window. Note: Your mailing must be saved to your account with a name and subject line to attach a file.
  3. Click the Attach File icon from the top menu options.
  4. Click the plus sign next to add new attachment.
  5. Click select to locate the file on your computer.
  6. Once you have found your file, click open to add it to the file manager.
  7. Repeat this process until you have added all desired files
  8. Click the check box to attach the file or files to your mailing. Note: The total file size of all attached files cannot exceed 2MB.
  9. Click close to return to the mailing.

To view or modify the attachments on a mailing, click the Attach File icon from the top menu options to access the file manager. All attached files will be listed by file name. Click the plus icon to attach additional files, or click delete next to any attachments you wish to remove from the mailing.
