Question / Issue
My ISP or firewall is blocking my mail ports. Do you have an alternate?

Answer / Solution

Often your ISP will block e-mail to third party mail servers for security reasons. This is generally the case for companies that get their Internet service through DSL or Cable modems. Your router or modem may also block certain ports.

The Insurance Website Builder supports multiple ports for our e-mail protocols. Below you will find a list of ports that you can use should the default ports not work correctly.

SMTP Ports Port
Secure SSL Port (Recommended) 465 or 587
Basic Port 25
Alternate Basic Port 366

POP3 Ports Port
Secure SSL Port (Recommended) 995
Basic Port 110

IMAP Ports Port
Secure SSL Port (Recommended) 993
Basic Port 143
