Question / Issue
How do I configure my Insurance Website Builder e-mail with Windows Mobile?

Answer / Solution
  1. Click the Start Soft Key
  2. Select Messaging
  3. Select the Setup E-Mail option
  4. Type in your e-mail address in the E-Mail address text box
    Your e-mail address will be your user name and domain name as created in the Administration Console. Example : john@freedemowebsite.com
  5. Type in your e-mail password as created using the Administration Console in the the Password text box
  6. Click the Next soft key
  7. Uncheck the Try to get e-mail settings automatically from the Internet checkbox
  8. Click the Next soft key
  9. Select Internet e-mail in the e-mail provider box
  10. Click the Next soft key
  11. Type in your name in the Your Name text box
  12. Click the Next soft key
  13. Type in secure.emailsrvr.com into the Incoming mail server text box
  14. Select the POP3 option in the Incoming Mail Server Type drop down
  15. Click the Next soft key
  16. Type in your e-mail address in the User name text box
  17. Click the Next soft key
  18. Type in securemail.insurancewebsitebuilder.com into the Outgoing mail server text box
  19. Check the box stating Outgoing Server Requires Authentication
  20. Check the box stating Use the same name and password for sending mail
  21. Click the Next soft key
  22. Set the Download interval to your choosing.
  23. Click the Finish soft key

*Note - we do not support Windows Mobile, as Microsoft no longer supports it.
