How do I setup my Insurance Website Builder e-mail with a BlackBerry device? |
Answer / Solution |
The BlackBerry devices are setup with a server connected push method. This method does not support POP3 used by the Insurance Website Builder e-mail server directly. You will have to enable POP3 e-mail account access through your carrier's branded BlackBerry website. Major cell phone carrier BlackBerry setup pages can found in the Related Links section below.
