How do I make a Survey in AgencyBuzz?

Answer / Solution
  1. Log in to AgencyBuzz.
  2. Select Survey from the Create New menu. A new window will open.
  3. Type in the name you would like to use for the Survey. Both you and those you send it to will be able to see this name.
  4. Select from the Survey menu at the top Add Question.
  5. Select from the following Question types.
    • Numeric Scale - enter the question and the participant will be able to select from a numbered scale from 1 to 10
    • Multiple Choice - the participant will be able to select only one answer
    • Multiple Choice / Multi-select - the participant will be able to select multiple answers
    • Single Line - the participant will have a single line to fill out a short answer question
    • Multiple Lines - the participant will have a large box to write out a long answer
  6. Select Ok from the Edit Survey Question menu.
  7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have all the questions you would like in this survey.
  8. Click Save or Save and Close from the top of the Survey window.
